Safeguarding, Governance & Compliance Lead

Winnie leads safeguarding oversight, compliance monitoring, policy alignment and quality assurance across the organisation, and delivers our safeguarding and risk courses.

We are always interested in experienced trainers with a health and social care background — particularly moving and handling, first aid, medication and safeguarding.

What we look for

Current sector experience, not just a teaching qualification
A teaching, assessing or facilitation qualification
Comfort working with culturally diverse cohorts
Willingness to travel to provider sites
