Do you travel to our service?
Yes. On-site delivery at your premises is our most common arrangement, and it lets us use your own equipment, layout and scenarios.
How quickly can training be arranged?
You will have a proposal within two working days of the scoping call. Delivery dates depend on trainer availability and the size of your cohort — tell us your deadline and we will be honest about whether we can meet it.
Do learners receive certificates?
Yes. Attendance certificates and competency records are issued for every course, alongside an evaluation summary for the service.
Are you CQC registered?
No — and we do not need to be. We operate as an education and training provider and do not deliver CQC-regulated activities. Our training is still designed in alignment with CQC expectations, Skills for Care guidance and recognised best practice.
Can you tailor training to our service?
Yes. Bespoke packages are built around your service type, workforce profile, risks and inspection-readiness priorities.
